Students were given a graphic organizer on how to formulate an argument essay. The prompts are for each group. These graphic organizers will need to be completed before class starts on Friday.
Taming: Is Shakespeare the most influential or the most overrated English writer?
Devil's: Should the holocaust, and reading stories about the holocaust, be a mandatory part of school curriculum?
Global: Are classes that dedicate time and resources to studying and trying to solve world problems something all students should take?
Taming: Students read through the last scenes of the play. Students then compared notes on the different characters in the play in preparation for creating a character map for the story. This will be due Friday
Devil's: Students today read through the sections of the book they felt were most important or had the most to talk about. Students discussed words that they were unsure of.
Global: Students used class time to work on finishing their infographics. Completed work must be uploaded to office365.
Today students turned in their book reports that were assigned over a month ago. Students were then given their second assessment on the Latin and Greek word roots that they need to know for state standards. They took the test by following these simple steps.

Step 4: once test is complete enter number correct in your agenda
Step 5: click on the button that says "take test part 2"
